Shrimp Remoulade – Served in a fried tomato shell with homemade remoulade sauce.

Pan Fried Redfish – Lightly breaded and pan fried with a lemon beurre blanc sauce.  Served with starch and vegetable du jour.

Smoked Chicken Lasagna – With Julienne vegetables.  Served with garlic bread.
