Weekly Chef Specials

Thursday, September 19th through Sunday, September 22nd.

Wilted Spinach Salad – Fresh spinach mixed with eggs and mushrooms.  Served with a sweet and sour dressing.

Chicken Pecan –  Marinated and grilled chicken breast topped with mushrooms and pecans in a white wine cream sauce.  Served with wild rice and fresh broccoli.

Mongolian Beef –  Thinly sliced beef coated in a slightly sweet and savory sauce.  Served over fried rice.

Homemade Bananas Foster Ice Cream
